Tesla Model X & Y Look Like Toyota Prius

Over the years I could not help but notice the silhouette of the Tesla Model X was remarkably similar to a Toyota Prius. It almost looked like the Tesla Model X looked like a Toyota Prius on steroids.

With the introduction of the Tesla Model Y, I noticed it is even more similar to the Toyota Prius. I am not suggesting that Tesla copied Toyota as an electric Tesla is quite different than a Hybrid Prius. Also, the Tesla has much larger wheel well openings to accommodate significantly larger tires. Tesla also made the Model S, X, 3 and Y look much more like a traditional luxury car, where brands like Toyota and BMW with their original i3 made them looks like unappealing weirdo cars...

I remember how 15 years ago in California who Prius models were everywhere, much in the same way that we are about to see the Tesla Model Y become omnipresent.
